Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Kottonk products as much as we do! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following terms:
•Returns: You may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
•Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for different colors or sizes within 30 days.
•Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, sleep masks, pillow sprays, and opened bedding cannot be returned unless faulty.
•Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at helpkottonk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
