Will it fit my mattress?+
Sheets come in Double, Queen, King and Super King to standard Australian sizes. Quilt covers close with a hidden zip so your doona stays put.
How do returns work?+
You can return or exchange unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email info@kottonk.com.au with your order number to start. For hygiene reasons we can't accept used bedding unless it's faulty or incorrect, and return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
Is organic cotton good for sensitive skin?+
Yes. GOTS certification means no harsh chemicals, pesticides or toxic dyes, so it's gentle on skin that reacts to conventional bedding.
How do I care for it?+
Machine wash cold or warm with a mild detergent, tumble dry low or line dry in shade. Skip bleach and fabric softener. It gets softer with every wash.
Can I pay with Afterpay?+
Yes. Choose Afterpay at checkout to split your order into four interest-free payments. Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and all major cards are accepted too.
