✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags are intact

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

  • Item was not marked as “final sale” or custom-made

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bedding unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@kottonk.com.au with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
